Definitely agree because after leaving Verizon, things have definitely gotten better. This reminds me of Tracfone and their features. Family loves their phones and it has no contracts. They used to offer a bunch of free stuff for their customers, like at this site: <a href="high-quality-ringtones.com/.../a>. Site changed though, so not sure how things are now.
